Research on the Current Situation of Aerobics Public Physical Education Teaching in Tai'an Colleges and Universities

Abstract

aerobics is a popular sport among college students. At present, it has been popularized and developed in many colleges and universities in China. Taking Tai’an University as the research object, combined with the reality, this paper analyzes the current situation of Aerobics public physical education teaching in the school, recognizes that aerobics has some problems in teaching content design, teaching method optimization, teaching evaluation and so on, and finds out the measures to improve education and teaching, So as to promote the public physical education teaching of Aerobics in Tai'an colleges and universities to a new level.
