The Introduction of the Special Issue Bias-Variance trade off has been always a problem, not only in the subject of statistical learning but also in various aspects of life. Statistical error analysis helps in reducing these effects. Statistical Inference and Statistical Learning are the two broad but most important areas for analysis of data. In the era of big data, prediction requires an understanding of behavior (distribution) of the previous data as well as parameters of the distribution. This issue will give an opportunity to researchers to demonstrate their capabilities and contribution.
